About


The Tunisian Agency for Technical Cooperation (ATCT)  is an institution ran by the Government of Tunisia, established in 1972. It aims to put into practice the Government's technical cooperation policy by providing Arab and African countries, with Tunisian development expertise, and implementating development programmes and projects in partnership with funders such a the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), the African Development Bank (AfDB), the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), etc.


Mission


ATCT's activities are built towards four main missions: 



  • Identification, selection and recruitment of Tunisian senior executives to work abroad according to the needs of fellow countries and regional and international organizations;

  • The organization of training sessions for the benefit of executives from brotherly and friendly countries;

  • The realization of consultancy missions and technical assistance projects for the benefit of developing countries; and

  • The promotion of South-South technical cooperation and trilateral cooperation.
