Description

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility (MREMH) of Ecuador is the rector of international politics and is responsible for the management and coordination of the same, Latin American integration and human mobility, responding to the interests of the Ecuadorian people, which will yield accounts of its decisions and actions in compliance with the constitutional principles and norms of international law, within the framework of national development plans.


MREMH envisages being a modern public institution; transparent; efficient and with a management system oriented to citizen service; responsible for promoting endogenous development policies in the relationship, cooperation and exchange with the rest of the world; and to execute foreign policy in the areas of diplomatic politics, human mobility, Latin American integration, responding to the interests of the Ecuadorian people to which it permanently reports.
