Description

Educational Foundation Trust of Zimbabwe is a private non-political, non-profit making organization registered in 2018 to respond to the needs of the Zimbabwean people. Its focus is to sustain, strengthen, and promote socio-economic freedoms as the yardstick for pursuing sustainable development. EFT aims to strengthen the capacity of local marginalized rural communities to explore and grow their ideas and to promote access to educational assistance by empowering them with projects that will help the communities to be self-reliant.

Educational Foundation Trust is the foundation to assist orphans and vulnerable children through psycho-social support as well as finding durable solutions to challenges that communities face. We facilitate Education by strengthening the capacities of local communities through the provision of advisory and training services, facilitating knowledge development, networking, and advocating for policies and reforms that create an enabling environment for supporting the growth of ideas, a good learning environment, and setting up of local Community Development Centres to develop skills in ICT and Livelihoods.
